CMIS is a change from working as indiviudals to working as a group. The first steps are small — learning how to use group email and group calendars, a scanner and a simple, but powertful indexing scheme.

Your team will learn to

  • send questions and answers by email
  • schedule meetings and tasks on the company calendar
  • scan incoming faxes and letters to PDF files and distribute by email
  • use an indexing system in the subject line
  • log phone calls and conversations in the phone message format
  • use customized forms for daily reports, RFI's and submittals.
