Montgomery Township New High School Project

This manual is being prepared as a reference (currently only in draft format) to help the MTSD Project Team manage design, constructon and commissioning of the new High School efficiently (saving money) and effectively (achieving Montgomrty Township Board of Education objectives). Reproduction without the authors written permission is prohibited.


Introduction

The Montgomery Township Board of Education (MTSD) will engage multiple prime construction contractors to build a new high school within 775 days from date of the contracts.

As of June 2002....

MTSD has appointed a Project Manager to coordinate the efforts of the Architect and multiple prime contractors and to represent the Owner in all matters arising from or in connection contracts with others to design and construct the school facilities.

MTSD has engaged three professional servics firms to assist the MTSD Project Manager in management of construction of the new high school:

• MRM Architecture (the Architect)
• Tillou & Formica (the Consultant)
• ______ (Legal Advisors).
